The doctors and staff at Apsley Surgery in Stoke-on-Trent are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

If you have an admin query, want test results, need to order medication, request sick notes or have non life threatening appointment requests you can go to this link to fill in a form on line. Please note that these are responded to within 48 working hours so if your issue is urgent please contact the surgery or the hospital depending on the severity

Please ensure to utilise the minor injuries unit at the Haywood Walk in Centre and the Minor Ailment Scheme at your local pharmacy.
